Description:1. Cast part with inserts is made by aluminium gravity die casting process. We can make sand casting, gravity die casting and diecasting with steel insert, cast iron insert, stainless steel insert and brass insert.
2. Full inspection on all dimensions, characteristics, and notes on drawing for each sample submitted.
3. Process Flow Diagram, Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control Plan, Material Specifications 4. Further machining work: turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading
5. Surface finish process: polishing, shot blasting
